I prefer natural colour hair or if it's dyed it's still natural looking. I personally am not a fan of dying hair in the colours red blue purple pink etc. Even if the person can pull it off it's just crazy looking. But that being said for people who do like it and dye it are capable of looking good if they pull it off. Ultimately depends on if you make it work

it depends on the girl I guess but usually love love love it. if the girl isn't cute then yknow of course it isn't gonna look as cute but I think you pull it off! I had pink hair when I was 17 and loved it so much lol. I wish I could dye my hair again but my job prevents it.

It doesn't look like you have pastel hair... just blonde... I'm pretty sure you should bleach it before applying color so it sticks and is easily seen -if you want, of course...

Don't care so much about hair color, but more about their hairdo and if that matches with their face. I think it looks good in those pictures, but I've also seen a few occasions where I thought: "please, for the sake of your own dignity, shave it off" But it happened with other hair colors as well.

i tend to not like it but have been surprised that sometimes it can be a good look on certain people... so it really depends on the person and the quality of the dye job

Depends on the age. Anyone younger than 20, who gives a shit the two are just experimenting with looks/identities. If you are over 20 though I assume they are borderline.
