What's your favorite female body type?

10-22% (bottom row)

25-35% (middle row)

I don't think any of those fully represents my preferences, but it's still far into the "acceptable". Most guys will definitely go for 30% and downwards, or basically into the "not fat" just works.

As I tend to say, preferences (whether you like a buff, skinny or tall whatever) only carry you so far. If you're even at least somewhat attracted to a person, most things will tend to do (assuming you're not fat and ugly).
