Every time I have to work with someone at school I look them and the eye for a question and they just giggle. But when I don't look at their eyes and I just talk they don't giggle. Does it mean I'm ugly?

No it's the opposite. Especially if you are under 18 and young, a lot of girls giggle when they are enjoying the guy's attention, nervous, and they like him.

Girl will laugh when they are nervous, but when they laugh its a good thing (unless you have something on your face) it kinda means theyre into you and you're making and impact on them
