It is just that, some have small breasts some have big breasts. Size of breasts has more to do with genetics and not body weight. One can be overweight with no boobs or skinny with a huge chest. Weight and pregnancy do affect the breast size, but not mire than genetics.

She has a small frame with a large chest. Her underbust measurement is at most 28 inches while overbust must be around 36. So she's probably a 28G. B and C are tiny cup sizes and nothing compared to what she has.

The trick is to look at the arm. If the arm is very small and breasts are massive.. it's very unlikely it's real.
