Depending on the brand, she seems like a small, maybe a medium. She is gorgeous. I wouldn't advise her to change anything as long as she is healthy. I love those shoes!

  No, but anybody can be unhealthy, no matter their size. If she does have an eating disorder of any kind, I would seriously suggest she gets help because she is beautiful. If she was unhealthy at this weight, I think more pounds would make her equally as gorgeous. Health is first!
