Can a guy wear leggings leather tights as "running tights" ?

I'm 17 year old. I love wearing running tights when i do my workout (running, walking and kinda stuff) and i'm not wearing shorts over the tights like 99% guys do when they wear running tights. And i was wondering is it okay to wear leggings leather tights as running tights? like maybe with shorts? (because without shorts it would look maybe weird). I wanna wear it in high school in gym front of the guys. So far i like girls only and i'm not gay. Just wanna see how guys can react.

it's not very ideal because there's when you're running, your skin is constantly rubbing against the leather so there's a high chance you'll get inner thigh rashes. also if it's real leather-- too much water, sweat, moisture, or any kind of liquid will over soak the leather and this will swell the fibres and distort them and the leather will not dry back to its original state. for faux leather it'll probably start cracking around the hips and knee area where your joints move a lot after a few wears.
