I don't like either. they look too similar. whats your complexion? try something that pops like some strawberry blonde

I would advise balayage. It's the thing right now and regrowth won't show. With the first one, it shows.

I prefer highlights. It looks more natural and I have seen ombre/baleyage on too many girls.
