Sideburns: Yay or nay?

Recently, I have randomly left a bit of burn. I half feel it's super ugly, and half am kind of fond of it. What do the ladies thunk? Are ya into whiskers? Are ya?

Sideburns are fine as long as the rest of the beard comes with it. Just sideburns look weird to me.

his burns are buzzed while he has silky hair. shit looks weird

The guy in the picture? He was just an example. Looks kinda weird, I suppose, but I sort of like it. Also, it's from a TV show set in the '50s or '60s, so maybe that's why.
