No she looks better now. You have to understand, Avril is a grown woman now, not the angsty teenager that she was back then. A lot of women grow up and mature. I don't dress the same way I did 5 years ago and I don't expect her to either. When you get older, usually you become more in touch with your femininity so you are probably gonna become more girly and want to wear dresses, skirts, heels and look pretty. It doesn't mean that she's not being true to herself because she doesn't wear cargo shirts and ties with wifebeaters. Maybe she is being true to herself now that she is girly.

I mean she still has a good vibe now, I like her song alice and girlfriend, but yeah id rather have the old her back. But we have to face the fact that she grew up :(
she had that time in the sun, now she's matured and all that. It's supposed to happen that way.
There will be others like her from 'that era' tho, the music world will keep cranking them out.
I never really liked her to begin with. She's mainstream despite her "punk, I don't care" played up attitude. Not dissing you for the music you listen to, but I think she put on a great act to be "different" and that's how she's painted in pop media news.
I was never a skater boy...so I can't relate. I'm not canadian either, so therefore, I really cannot relate.

No, back then she tried to be "punk" though obviously she wasn't. At least now she doesn't look like Hot Topic threw up on her.
yes! never really loved her all that much to begin with, but definitely loved the old style better
