One of my favourite female RnB singers. Her, Timbo & Missy were the trifecta.
Throwing up the Diamond + Roc-A-Fella tank (Hov the best rapper of all time by the way).

died when i was 1 and i still rock to several of her songs

Loved her in queen of the damned.
Tbh a lot of my fashion sense copies hers.
I wish i had artists like her during my childhood.
Sadly the good female artists were mostly retired when i was a kid

  Very famous died when i was 1 and i still rock to several of her songs.

  By the time 2001 came (the year she passed) she was arguably the biggest RnB artist out. Beyonce wouldn't have been what she is today if Aaliyah was still alive.

  @Miah06 Yeah it's always sad when competent and bright artists are taken from us. I was kinda into John Denver when I was younger and was gutted when he died.
  Rock music is what I am mostly into but it ranges from pop to jazz to classical and all depends on the mood I am in and place.
