Some pull it off. But then there's the every woman wants to bleach their hair, but a ton of make up, eyelash extensions, botox, fake nails etc I mean what's wrong with what you look like? I personally prefer darker hair, the darker the better.

No because its more than likely damaged because of the bleach to maintain it that light. Damaged hair looks worse when blonde too. You can tell the ends are burned, even after trimming.

Personally no. Unless it was natural. Mainly because when I was growing up every girl seemed to think they had to go blond in order to be pretty.

When done correctly it can be attractive. I don't think it works as well with people who don't have a light complexion. It looks horrible on women who are tan. But I think it's cute on girls with pale complexion.
