Hmm... depends on what kind of conservative we're talking about. If it's a fashionable dress like a bohemian styled one, I would be very attracted regardless of whether it covers all the goods. However, if it's something like some kind of religious clothing, I would not be attracted in the slightest. Obviously if I'm in a relationship with them and I see them nude, I'd definitely be turned on (assuming they have an attractive body) regardless of what they wear in public. The thing is... if I'm not attracted in the first place, I doubt I would be in a relationship with them. But the answer is a situational yes.

Sure why not. It is even somehow appealing. Signalises that she is decent girl and no hoe. And there are plenty of ways to look appealing or cute or even sexy without showing anything. Or of course a guy can also be attracted because of you personality. I recently got told I dress conservatively but I don't think that's true. I don't purposefully cover up but I often wear vintage dresses and although they aren't revealing I get lots of compliments from men about how I look. Guys don't just like revealing clothes, they can appreciate a nicely dressed young lady.
