I'm curious to know, many men claims they don't like it but at the same time many men do date those women then ask them to dress more modest while some others just refuse to engage with them at all, in which case are you?
2.6K opinions shared on Dating topic. It depends on what one considers revealing. It's more about looking good versus low class and ghetto, as if you are advertising for sex.
I see nothing at all wrong with form fitting clothes, miniskirts, short shorts, high heels, crop tops, braless, push up bra and cleavage.
Women's clothes are designed to accentuate their figures. A woman who looks good feels good about herself and vice versa.
I think it's great when women are proud of their boobs, legs and figures. It shows self confidence. That's the kind of woman I prefer, as long as she has good character and values, self esteem, is picky about who she chooses for a partner, and wants a monogamous, sexual relationship with a man who shares those values.12 Reply

10 moI'd have to see that to judge but never been drawn to that person and might matter what she says. I like modest.
It helps to see it's all manipulation and maybe... vanity?
It's not that there is something wrong with that woman, it's just not behavior I admire I'd rather go for different character and sense of self dignity. It may be some are just wired different emotionally and that's ok, some are movement oriented and many get stuck in front of the mirror.
I've noted the new styles are dresses so short if a person is short, they will see up them. don't know what they are thinking.

2.1K opinions shared on Dating topic. Most of those clothes in the links I don't consider OVERLY revealing, but some of them also need to be appropriate for the area/occasion. For example, summertime in California or Miami or Texas is going to mean that everyone is wearing lighter, less-covering clothes, and that's fine.
As a woman, you know what "revealing clothing" means: tits half-way out (or sometimes more) of a low-cut top, tops that are see-through, skirts barely wider than a belt, or clothes so tight everyone can tell if your pubic hair is shaved or not. Yoga pants may technically provide full coverage, for example, but when they are so tight that every detail of your ass and camel toe are visible to the world, that's still "revealing."
When women dress like that, the vast majority of men instantly put them in the "only good for casual sex" category, and would never take that girl seriously as a relationship partner. Yes, they often find it sexy, and, yes, many would want to bang her, so, yes, it will get her a lot of (sexual) attention, but it's not going to keep the guy around.
For most men, if your woman is dressing like she's single and looking for sexual attention, that's a huge red flag and a turn-off. I know there are a few guys who like it when their girl dresses that way, but first, that's the exception, and second, many of those particular guys don't really take their relationship seriously anyway - it's usually more of a "situationship" than a real relationship.
One of the biggest values a woman can bring to a man is his EXCLUSIVE access to her body, and that includes visually. If everyone can see what she's got to offer, then what she has to offer loses a lot of its value, and she's going to be treated accordingly.

10 moIf she wears revealing clothing, it's an immediate red flag for me. I swipe left (pass) on like 95% of women on dating apps because they either dress provocatively, wear too much makeup, or identify as liberal. It's extremely uncommon to find girls that don't have any of those 3 traits.
Don't get me wrong. Girls who dress provocatively always catch the eye. I'm a straight dude. But it's not what I want in a girl. If she's able to present herself like that to the world, then she's would never really be my girl and my attention would never be enough to satisfy her.
Girls who wear flowy dresses catch the eye much more. They're elegant and feminine. They don't scream liberal. Quite the opposite. They're usually very feminine women.414 Reply- 10 mo
@βιυεsκγs Hmm, how about makeup? Do you wear a lot of that? If so, you likely may come across as a materialistic girl. Also, if what you're saying is the case, I think it's more about your choice of man than the type of girl you are. See, the thing about "alpha" men that make high income, over 6 foot, look good, and are smooth in the way they talk, is they're usually the top 5% of men that the majority of females want. They have option overload with females, and it's never hard for them to get with girls. That's why they don't care to settle down.
You can't have everything. If you have all of those qualities in a man AND they're interested, loyal, and do not "fade slowly," you've found yourself a unicorn. - 10 mo
@alice55 Yes, truthfully, they can. But there are tasteful types and non-tasteful types.
Here's a single example of a tasteful type:
https://ibb.co/4ZtQVF3D - 10 mo
@βιυεsκγs Honestly, yes. Don't go for a top 5% man unless you're a top 2% girl (I'm ball-parking, but I mean don't go for them unless you have traits that stand out among the majority of women and you bring a lot to the table). Their option overload will keep them looking and they usually have the mentality of "Why would I ever settle? I'm enjoying fucking every girl on the block."
Either that or date a top 1% man. These men are basically top 5% men with added loyalty and morals. - 10 mo

@βιυεsκγs Yeah no worries, I was just ballparking numbers anyways. From what you've mentioned, that's all good, even the part about not being career oriented. Most guys prefer that to my knowledge. I would say there's more to it than that though. Personality matters the most. It doesn't matter how physically attractive or traditional you are if you don't have an attractive personality.
I'm not calling YOU this, but there are a lot of women like that, who tend to be more on the materialistic, entitled, and narcissistic side that think the world owes them for being beautiful. That's a pretty big turn off for most men. - 10 mo
I don’t really think I’m entitled to be honest. I mean, I want a guy who makes a decent salary so that I’m comfortable, that’s for both me and any future children we have. It’s more so I can feel secure. I try to be pretty humble. I think I’m pretty. I curl my hair, I wear a flower in it. I want a masculine man to love

10 moI like a woman with a sense of style. If she can pull off revealing clothing in a tasteful way, I love it. If she just looks trashy all the time in hooker heels, fishnets, and a pushup bra no, I'll pass.
34 Reply- 10 mo
When I meant revealing it was more in the sense of a sundress with cleavage or a short skirt with a cropped blouse rather than this, hooker looks is not revealing is just hooker looks, I think in America you have a very extreme view of revealing clothes in France just wearing a short dress or having a crop top is considered as too revealing by many
- 10 mo
You left it completely undefined and ambiguous in your question. Now that you've defined it yes, I love a woman with a tasteful sense of style and femininity. A sundress is a good example. So is a short skirt with the right overall outfit. No, I wouldn't ask her to change. I'd ask her to keep amazing me. If she attracts attention, I'm not gonna be shocked or insecure about it. Why wouldn't guys notice?
- 10 mo
Exactly
- 10 mo
Well I did not think I needed to precise? Nobody in the street look like a hooker, but after I'm not American, I"m French and here women dress a lot more modest than American on average so it absolutely did not cross my mind one single second I had to be clear / precise about what I meant, also in France what's considered revealing is more modest than what American consider revealing
Anonymous(18-24)10 moI would be interested and not ask them to change.
Reason why I wouldn’t ask them to change, I knew what I was signing up for lmao.
If a woman liked to wear sweaters in Winter and a man chose to date her then he’ll have to bear the sweaters even if he doesn’t find it appealing. Same logic applies.12 Reply
Opinion Owner10 moTotally true. I meant in terms of dressing day to day.
When we take into consideration an addiction like smoking or any substance abuse, the partner might want them to seek help rather than just being down their personal health and hygiene. That is fine and admirable since they care so much.
There are exceptions totally.
5.9K opinions shared on Dating topic. I think I would be interested in dating them only to find out what they're thinking was in general about wearing such clothes. I could easily find that out without asking directly. The problem with dating a woman like this is that she often attracts the unwanted attention of other men which in turn can lead to confrontations and difficult situations. Such women often attract so much attention that the men that are with him get into fights with other men regarding the woman. It's simply not worth the risk since these types of confrontations in turn very ugly very quickly.

WTF? Where do you hang out. I've had guys drool over a woman I was with but I've never had one step over the line. On the other hand, I've had drunk husbands try to pick a fight with me when their wives kept paying attention to me while I was trying to deflect her. A group of people who know me told the guy he was about to die. It took a few minutes but he finally listened to them. I never had to leave my seat. Dude, your problem is with your wife and her friends. Do not bring your shame to my doorstep and lay it at my feet. I don't fuck around. No mercy.

I just finished watching a movie from 1962 that featured 6 or 7 topless women (they were supposed to be mermaids) swimming around in the ocean for at least half the movie and I saw absolutely nothing wrong with them going topless! If nothing else, it makes them more beautiful!! I never understood why society thinks female tits should be covered up! There was a guy in the water the whole time and they made him cover his tits!! If you wanna walk around topless, or even naked, or in a see-through bikini in public, you SHOULD have EVERY RIGHT to!!00 Reply - 701 opinions shared on Dating topic.
10 moI would say that I find it far more appealing when it’s left more for my imagination than on show , not that I spend wondering. I mean where is the mystery when it’s all hanging out the top or bottom or via skin tight clothes where a pimple would be visible at 10 paces.

Women who dress provocatively always claim it’s about “confidence” or some bs. But in reality it’s the exact opposite. It’s really about wanting attention which is a form of insecurity. That’s a real problem.

10 moNo I wouldn't have been. I was going to marry a woman with high morals and character. A virtuous woman who was seeking marriage. Not a feminist seeking a career, an immoral woman seeking attention and attempting to sexually temp men that she wasn't in a relationship.
This is the kind of women, feminism and the degeneracy of the sexual revolution puts out now. Partying, drinking, being provocative, being a temptress for all the men to see and leer at and to hook up with.
A good woman with class and high character was what I was seeking.
Stuff like what you describe is evidence she wasn't such a woman.

10 moThe pics you posted aren't bad.. I guess I wouldn't be too opposed to a woman who dressed like those.. But in general, I wouldn't date or marry a woman who dressed revealing.. It shows that she'll look for attention wherever she can get it.. It's just not good character at all.. Most women seem to dress somewhat conservatively though.. So that's good..

7 moNot necessarily "interested", like I don't go deliberately seeking them out, but revealing is better than being covered from head to toe, like a Muslim girl. And if THOSE are what you consider "revealing", then definitely revealing. Girls who cover are usually prudes, religious fanatics or TOO conservative.
I've seen far more revealing than that, but whatever is appropriate for the enviorment. On the beach though, one piece suit is definitely a turn off.

10 moI love a girl in revealing outfits, but there's a time and place for everything. A girl can look sexy and 'revealing' wearing a knee length skirt and longer skirt/dress with hot shoes or a revealing top. I don't judge a girl by how she dresses but how she behaves and I'm not jealous about guys checking her out or approaching her. It's down to her to inform the person she is taken, you can't blame her for someone approaching her or the guy let's say for trying.
00 Reply2.1K opinions shared on Dating topic. Depends. Its not simply about the clothes, but looking stylish in them.

10 moI voted B because there's "revealing" versus "that's just trashy" - 🗑️ as Mr Clyde Shelton reminds us, it's a slippery slope, lol out of context ❄️🌨️ 🏔️ - either too much skin shown as cleavage or not enough cleavage
02 Reply- 10 mo
And sometimes it's the style I'd criticise more and offer better suggestions - "it's not about the skin on display for cleavage or legs of a short skirt, it's if I think the skirt looks trashy versus a nicer tennis skirt" - examples

10 moA woman who wears revealing clothing is looking for male attention. I want nothing to do with a woman who is actively seeking male attention in that regard.

I can even tolerate skirts, but I really don't like high heels.
High heels don't look appealing to me, and besides that, they are unstable, and not healthy to wear (bad for spine, feet, and joints).
