Well. I think when you wear a different earring in each hole, it does look pretty tacky/dumb. But if you're just going with a small stone (diamond like) in each one, I think they

As long the whole ear isn't a piercing, it's nice to see m. If the person who wears them is happy, mist of the time they looks great !
