Is there a name for a belt that looks like your wearing two belts at once? How does one pull of this style? Do you think it's cool?

I'm sorry but I can't get this out of my head. Wouldn't it be cool if they had a belt that looks like a holster belt except it's not and it doesn't have a holster, it just looks like your wearing two belts (one being a holster belt) Does that exist and is there a name for a belt like that? I see it in goth/steampunk fashion all the time and would love to wear a belt (or belts) like this with some nice jeans (I'm not really goth).
