Is 38C boobs big or small?

I weigh about 135 and I wear a 38C bra. Is that big or small?

My problem is my boobs always keep falling out in a 38C bra.

38C is a decent size! That’ll be a good handful - which a lot of guys would like.
If you’re falling out of a 38C bra, that would suggest that you are bigger than a 38C or rather, the bra isn’t big enough for your boobs.

Either way, they sound that they are in the “big” category. Certainly not “small”.

C cups are kinda big, but pretty much the border between big and small. My best friend has a set of C's and she says, "Not too big, not too small. Just right."

Post pregnancy I tried going back to a 34D. Didn't work. I didn't go back to my old size. Spilling, quadboob, pain. 34DD it was
