Clothing? That's kinda general.
I wear Levi's 511 slim fit jeans, because I have a relatively skinny stature and legs, and I would look out of place with regular straight jeans.
I have another pair of jeans, that's skinnier, but even that's not what one might consider skinny.
Overall I am not a big fan of too tight pants, unless it's my training apparel, which is kind of like a pair of running shorts - super tight, because I got annoyed with my junk getting in front of things while I am lifting, and me getting caught up in things when wearing regular pants. It's good for MMA training too - easier to wrestle in tight clothes.

But T-shirt wise? As tight as possible. Gotta show of those guns, guys.

So yeah.
Pants - moderate tightness
Shirt - shirts by definition must be a bit baggy, otherwise they look liek shit
T-shirt - If you have assets, use them, in my opinion.

I don't like tight or excessively baggy clothing. Tight clothing makes 99.9% of guys look gay, regardless of whether or not they actually are.

I like "athletic fit" pants, which are large enough to comfortably fit with muscular legs without getting too tight.

It depends. For example i have seen guys wearing leggings under shorts for training/playing sports and I think it's hot. So there must be a balance.

This goes for everyone: Wear fitted clothes. Never wear baggy or boot cut jeans. It makes you look put together. I don't agree with the OP's ludicrous declaration that men in tight clothing look weak, but I do think tight clothing is not a good idea for most people. Skinny jeans and other slim clothes are fine only if it looks like it fits. Otherwise you look like you either don't know what size clothes you wear, or you have no fashion sense.

I think its more about what lies under the clothes. Like there's some indication that it could be weird or something but if the guy has a great body it doesn't matter. Its when the guy looks like a runt and trying to pull off some anti social metrosexual look that it gets weird. But Id assume if you have the right muscle and body fat its fine, just so long as its also not hyper sexual like the seams go up the butt crack like George clooneys batman
