I'd say that a strong jaw is something that generally makes guys better looking (apparently that's the conventional image of a handsome man), but does not necessarily make someone hot. That'd depend on so many factors. As an extreme example, put a strong jawline on the guy in the added pic. He won't be hot anyway.

As for me, my guess is that my jawline is about average or a bit stronger than average.
