It's actually good for men to have callused feet because that means you are not completely dependent on shoes.

My martial arts instructors would have us walk on uncomfortable surfaces to toughen our feet. One path leading to an outdoor Dojo was made of small rocks and you were expected to walk barefoot on it.

I thought women were attracted to tough men rather than feminine men?

To be fair, I’ve seen a fair amount of ladies with pretty gnarly feet too. I think it just depends on the amount of work/care someone puts into them, and guys usually aren’t as expected to take care of themselves in that way.

Also, some people just have unattractive feet. It’s nothing they can help 🤷🏼‍♀️
