I mean, if you’re really really mentally broken from how your jaw or chin looks and don’t feel you can live a good life, then maybe you should look into it. Of course I always recommend non-intrusive ways of getting through insecurities like this, because I think these methods can produce better and longer lasting results. If you develop a way to get through an issue, mentally, I think this serves as a good base to handle future problems as well. I don’t think getting surgery after surgery as the answer to your problems is a good strategy for the long term.

in my opinion, no. Plastic surgery seems to be a slippery slope, you *fix* one thing, you find something else that doesn't look right with the new feature. Kinda hypocritical of me to say this since I want a nose job, but I think it's best to try to get through insecurities without getting work done first.

It's not a need, it's a want. Justing from the photo you posted in reply to another comment, you look perfectly fine. We tend to be our own worst critics and take minor *flaws* and make them into something a lot worse.

And that's what you need to work on.

It all starts from the inside. You can change your outer appearance, but without working on your mind/attitude, it's only going to go so far. You need to get to a healthy mindset where you feel confident and comfortable with yourself. "I don't feel good enough" that's a common thing people feel, me included. It's just your mind being stuck in a negative thinking pattern. You need to challenge those thoughts, who decides who is good enough or not? What does it even mean to be good enough? And why aren't/can't you be good enough? Exactly, you are and can be good enough. Face your fears, and do/achieve things that make you happy, giving you self-confidence, a healthy self-image, and also making yourself into an approachable, interesting person.

Yeah, I saw the photo you posted. You sure they're staring at you and you're not overthinking it/having anxiety about it? Cause I used to do that too, when in reality nobody was looking and I was just anxious that they were. Even if they are staring, which I find unlikely, how do you know they're staring cause they think you look bad?

Well they may not be staring at that, but I have a scar on my neck which stands out they might stare at. But anyway, I just don’t know what to do, because attractiveness is an important part of being in a relationship

That might be the case, I have scoliosis and it's been pointed out once or twice that I walk oddly by others. Oh well. Yes, attractiveness certainly plays a part, but you really don't look bad, like at all, currently. What plays an even bigger part is personality, that what keeps a relationship going. I'm not sure where you're going to meet people to date right now, but you might want to change it up if it hasn't been working. Go places where you'll meet people with similar interests, y'know, try some new things, you never know where you'll meet the right person.

I’m sorry you have scoliosis. Is it really bad? Do you have a back brace? Currently I don’t try to talk to any girls and I’m mainly quiet because I feel not good enough for them. That’s why I am thinking jaw implants or at least a nose job

Its almost to the point of being severe, but it was caught so late I never needed a brace or anything. Might be something I need spinal fusion for later in life, we'll see.

That's why I say build confidence and work on yourself so you feel comfortable approaching people. Just taking a few months to really focus on yourself can go a long way and make a world of change. If you're deadset on plastic surgery, it's your body and your choice, but I really would try working on yourself and self image first.
