I could almost go either way, Like if the top girl dyed her hair all platinum and braided it down the sides maybe with some hot pink lipstick and eyeliner on. ( the bottom girl is already wearing makeup) then i'd say the top girl but like the pictures are i'd say bottom girl is looking better.
