I actually am not sure how I feel about it … I literally went through each of the emotions listed in the poll in that order and then decided to post this and see what you guys thought : )

Japanese are obsessed with white people and want to become white people, it's in all their anime, the more powerful a character is, they turn blonde and blue-eyed.
Look at every anime, what color hair do people have? Every color.
Look at Japanese people, what color hair do they have? One color: matte black.
Look at their anime again.
Who the fuck are they drawing? They're not drawing themselves! They see themselves as ugly!!!
Look at this character:

That character's name is All-Might, he's a superhero, but his real name is "Toshinori Yagi," and he is a Japanese man born and raised in Japan.
What other race does this? Black people get upset about white Jesus, but Japanese started drawing THEMSELVES as fucking white people.
I love Asian girls! I love the way they look! I am not a fan of the surgery but I do admit they do look cute after having it done.
i honestly didn't know it was a thing until recently. Now I've been looking at Asian actors wondering how many have done it. Honestly I wish people wouldn't do plastic surgery unless it is necessary. There are situations where people have been injured, born with facial problems, need it due to illness or have thing like jaw alignment which will cause problems in the future. But if something is causing a person self esteem issues like an unusually large nose or something I can see that maybe as a valid reason to do it. I think to my concern is complications or problems with going under anesthesia. I've had quite a few surgeries one emergency so I personally won't to a surgery that isn't necessary.
Sometimes it looks good, but I'm not really all for elective plastic surgery. like if their nose is super huge or something is crooked then ok, but there's this whole obsession with "small" eyes being bad that i think is just ridiculous. also this is not a new trend at all, it's been going on for decades.
Its fine if they lone this method, it just makes me sad that they need plastic surgery to feel better about the way they look

If it helps them to see a wider field of view it can be beneficial. Some people in my country also have the pockets of fat above the eyes, but under the eyebrow removed as they age to be able to have a better field of vision.
cool I didn't see that benefit but that makes sense
I think women who get plastic surgery never had a good man in their life who grabbed them and made them feel like a woman.
Obviously these women look much cuter, but whats not ok is the obsession to alter your body. Its their decision however, as long as the surgery is low risk.
Contrary to what the asker has said this type of surgery has been around a lot longer I would say in the 80's is when I first saw this.
I have no problem with Any body modification be it breast modification, penile implants or tattoos, brands and scarification or piercings. Worn with pride these are embolded people and I'm one proudly new piercings and tats before the snow flies.
This is silly. They shouldn't do that to themselves. They looked pretty before. The after pictures are taken in a happier tone with better colours and lighting.
You're right. Second girl had her whole head changed.
@MoscowMitch all she probably needed to do was do some exercises to balance her eyebrows and eyes. Her one eye was slightly smaller and lower. But if that picture was taken in a better lighting with a smile shed look as good as after.
I also watched how these images on a documentary aren't actually real results but just photoshop. So we don't actually know if the surgery even improves them that much.
@Pulimuli you put one finger above the eyebrow and move the other eyebrow up and down. Then repeat on other side. This balances them out.
They shouldn’t alter their appearance due to unrealistic beauty standards set by the majority of insecure men. Ridiculous.
Blepharoplasty is not new it has been around since the mid eighties and it used to give the Asian eye a more western look.
It is not for me to like or dislike – if it makes those having it done happy then more power to them.
I think it’s funny that a procedure is so popular that promotes looking more Caucasian, even though society has a hard on for diversity.
It takes the natural look out of them, I’m not really a fan.
It's crazy the amount of difference it makes. Most of them don't even look like the same person after.
I really like it, I think it looks really good in almost all the pictures.
Yeah I can definitely see why you would do that. imagine you have children with them though xD you'd wonder who's the mother.
Boo Plastic is stupid. People need to embrace their self and stop listening to others negative opinion on them. Plus I love Asian eyes there cute on girls
Goodness! I wondered if this was possible! (Looks like it is)
I guess whatever turns them on. But honestly there's other things to beauty, like character. Whatever helps you i guess.
That's as retarded as black people bleaching their skin to look whiter.
Or white people roeating themselves in tan beds to look black.
Mad world
This isn't new, it's been happening for almost 20 years.
Lol i already have big eyes so i don't need it. They look better after through.
You’re so pretty
Looks like they're trying to look like anime characters, kinda cute but I wish they would just be confident with their own faces.
I feel sorry for people who feel they need it, but these results look great.
I think it depends, some of them looked better before surgery and some of them looked better after
None of my business.
It's their money/life they can do whatever with it.
It is sort of sad but some of those results look really good
I'm about 50/50 on the results. 100% against it in principle. How shallow can people get? That's a serious question.
I hate it. It often looks whack. East Asian beauty standards suck and plastic surgery sucks. This has to stop.
It makes me HAPPY I love all plastic surgery no matter how fucked up even bad boob jobs
i think east Asians should stop tampering with their eyes these things may have side effects
Wow can we now help the women GAG become somewhat attractive looking?
I am Caucasian and have to have the operation that they have had so that I can see clearly
They look better before in my opinion.
Yet another sign of Eurocentric brainwashing
@DDpsy Eyes widening and getting a double eyelid is actually because of European / White American. They started doing it after the Korean war (in the 50S), they did it to look like White people for being accepted by them but then some years after it turned out as being one of their beauty standard (and is it now a beauty standard for all East and South East Asian countries).
As for skin whitening it's true Asian love it since always but they prefer the European white skin tones (at least in China they do, I saw video about it).
They look all better after.
Thats not new. That's at least a decade old.
this is scary. yes they look better
Omg I always want that lol..
I don't think you need anything like that you look great
I heard it was really popular in Korea though and I wanted to see what everybody thinks about it.
I want an eye surgery lol
That because of makeup , without eye makeup it looks like shit more like those girls above
@UnknownGagsUser you are a beautiful women, no need to change shit
Don't like it makes them all look the same.
I like it
It makes them look more attractive
I wish women would just see they're own beauty :(
It sometimes looks good it depends on the person
Its gorgeous actually
I hate plastic surgery.
No, the mono eyelids look best on them.
A few of them looks kinda unsettling, geez.
Looks fucking weird tbh, although some nail it.
I think it looks good
Yeah they look way better with normal eyes
Meh.
I want it
why?
I feel you on that.
