She may have started a middle-class nobody, but she now lives a celebrity lifestyle. She also struggles to keep relationships.

Physically she's okay... nothing that stands out to me really. As MrOracle said in his comment, she has that "Girl Next Door" thing going on. I'm just not a fan of her personality. Fame and money changed her as a person. She used to be quirky and lovable, but not so much anymore.
I think she is among the most attractive actresses, but actresses are overrated to begin with--along with runway models, clothing models, singers, professional pornstars, etc.
The only highly worshipped media group that I will admit actually gets the look right, and is actually attractive to men, is Instagram models.

Depends what you mean by attractive. There is more to being attractive than just having a nice body. To me yeh she has an attractive body, but I've watched a few interviews that make me think I'm not too sure about her but each to their own. To me she is like the female version of Justin Beiber or Shai LaBouf.
Her physical image is a product of Hollywood. To a lesser extent her personality is too, but she seems to be a very genuine person. I think that's what makes her most attractive. The dorky side of her.
