It depends on one girl to another girl. Some girls look beautiful in long hairs while other look beautiful in short.
Some look beautiful in open hairs while other look beautiful on ponytail

Long hair looks prettier than short hair to me. I'm not saying a girl with short hair isn't attractive. But to me, any girl's beauty would be enhanced if she had long hair.
The perfect length for me is about hip length (no longer than that). I just think it looks very beautiful. In a way, it also suggests the girl has the patience and commitment to stick to achieving something (since getting hair that long takes time and effort).

Long. It's more feminine and beautiful. Plus, it gives you so many more options on how to style it. Girls love messing around with style. So long hair is the answer. I understand that it's harder to take care of but it's like that with many things. Looking good takes effort.

Yes, long hair looks better. Left photo is significantly nicer looking to me. It's not anyone's obligation to do their hair in any specific way and it's valid to have short hair. But strictly speaking, I think longer hair does look better. I also think long hair is cool for guys.

Short hair is easier to maintain. But I think long hair looks better and guys find long hair more attractive on a girl than if she had shorter hair generally. A lot of women when they get short hair often look like boys, Lawrence does in the pic.

Depends on your build. Long hair naturally wins because subconsciously men have always known women to have long hair and men to have short hair, therefore making males subconsciously judge a womans physique more than ussual because of the attraction level being lower due to the set knowledge of males common hair length and womens common hair length

I prefer medium hair length. Like high back area to just below shoulders.
Some women look better with short hair vs long and vice versa but it depends on their facial structure and the hairstyle.
