Waxing but you have to allow the hairs to grow a month to 2 months to get the best results cause if you have short hairs the wax won't really pull the hairs out or you can do laser hair removal

Laser. Oh and moisturizing sort of helps (but not really). It is a huge pain in the ass shaving your legs in general. I mostly wax my leg hair.
