The other girl's is very unbalanced, by comparison.

I don't know how balance as you define it is a characteristic of female beauty. And, if it is a characteristic, you failed to explain what evolutionary advantage it provides. These are the five universal characteristics of beauty in young women:

1. Bilateral symmetry: Equal
2. Small (0.7) waist to hip ratio: Not shown in photos therefore not rated.
3. Smooth skin: Equal
4. Youthful appearance: Equal
5. Big eyes: Second girl's are bigger and therefore she rates higher.

Therefore, the second girls is prettier, based on the 4 of the 5 observable universal characteristics of beauty and your failure to explain any evolutionary advantage to balance.

People like different things, taste is entirely subjective.
I, for example, voted the second girl because, to me, Barbara Palvin looks like a 12 year old, and I find it horrifically off putting.

Some people prefer some imperfections as it makes people look less severe I guess but it's hard to put numbers on beauty you can but it's not the same

The girl on the bottom is a more attractive my guy. I don't know what to tell you other than that people have preferences other than your own and that infact we naturally like tiny imperfections here and there over seemingly flawless and balanced faces.
