I just want to clarify something.
A lot of people think you only have one zodiac sign, which is based in your birthday.

This is not true. You have several. Every planet is a different one, and you also have houses etc. These are called a birth chart or natal chart. Generally, the ones you will resemble the most are your sun, moon and rising. To find out what your zodiacs are, you need your birth date, time and place. You can calculate this by googling. I recommend googling ‘cafe astrology natal chart’, fill it in and set language to English.

then, when you see memes like this, look for your sun, moon and rising (and ones related to love, look for your mars and venus too). Generally, “good” zodiac memes will tell you which planets to look for.
