I say fight it so you'll be healthy, look good, and feel good. Now don't start tripping on your self thinking something that's not real. A lot of women mostly young women have a false idea of what they look like, a misconception of their body. Plus a lot of men like me like a woman a little thick
Running on the street is brilliant for weight control. Make a 3 month plan, stick to it, see the results. If you like it do it more, if you don't do it the minimum to maintain. The further you run the more crap you can eat.

I mean it depends on how you feel about yourself.
If you are feel confident then who cares. I like chubby women and plenty of men do, but if you don’t feel comfortable maybe look at what you can do.
I also say don’t look at it as ‘what do I what to look like’ but more what kind of lifestyle do you like to live.
If you are just worried about being considered attractive don’t be plenty of men and women like larger women.

Count calories and get more active. Maybe you are consuming a lot of junk calories that you could give up without much trouble.
You have some control. As we mature our metabolism slowes to compensate we can consume less and try to exercise more. Also a large water consumption and a high fiber diet helps
