No. One of my neighbours has a business gluing fake eyelashes onto woman's heads - I am amazed by how many woman get them - mostly dumpy middle-aged housewife types, too, who I guess have run out of other things to spend money on. A general rule is that men don't like to be deceived, so fake eyelashes, cosmetic surgery and heavy makeup all serve to disguise a woman's natural looks and are generally unwelcome because (perhaps subconsciously) they obscure a woman's genetic traits.

I guess. It's hard to tell from a photo like that with the lighting and flat image contrast. I can't actually see her eyelashes in that photograph, either, just a general smoky smudge around her eyes that could have been achieved with makeup. I wouldn't judge any woman's looks from her Instagram photos because they are routinely misleading, I would want to see her with my own eyes.

No, I don't like false eyelashes, not even in photography. But I like mascara that is well-applied on the lashes and not make them thick like 扇子.
Nobody I associate with wear false lashes except my niece. I don't like that "ang gong kia" look; it makes a lady look kinda fierce and that she tries too hard.

False eyelashes will also distract my conversation with her cos I will keep staring at her false eyelashes and wondering why she isn't afraid to hurt her eyes with those glue so close to her eyeballs, how much time she takes to put them on and why she does it.

It's a no from me. It's too fake and quite frankly unnecessary in my opinion. Like most Snapchat filters, they just ruin a naturally pretty face.

Not too bad, but I'd instantly be curious what those eyebrows really looked like :D
You can instantly see that these eyebrows have at least been accentuated with make-up. Maybe they're even completely fake.
I would be okay with my girl accentuating them a little if she liked that, but not faking dark eyebrows if in fact she had very discrete ones.
