No kinda ugly. I like sheer black tights though. Do wonders for the bottom.

I think it looks good on young girls and teenagers.

  I wear shirts and dresses all the time, I just don't wear tights under them. If it's too cold for just a skirt I wear pants or suck it up and have cold legs.
