Hi, able to answer your question. Please read my opinion completely. So talking about fashion, Yes! Puff Sleeves are trendy and can be found in every other form, like in bra, blouse and what not. Wearing these are meant to be either showing off your belly shape or looking the most attractive of its kind. The combination of this top with jeans is the most wanted , however it can surely go with skirt, denim shorts.

Overall, it depends upon the mentality of the person who is wearing it and who is seeing you in that outfit. Some people might object the show of belly and some with the show of the cleavage. Hence it is totally your choice , if you like it then go for it. Hope you like my answer.

Really cute on the right girl. Looks better on fit girls. Fashion is about contrast. Chubby girls are already kind of puffy so it doesn't jam with them lol.

  I’m a girl and I think this makes sense but I think it has more to do with shoulder width and arm size. There are some larger girls with smaller arms and narrow shoulders it looks good on. There are fitter women with broader shoulders it doesn’t look good on. I consider myself to be somewhat fit but my arms are a little thicker, as are my legs, and my shoulders are broad so even though I like the look on some women I don’t think it fits me or my style. Would like for it to, but the older I get the more I realize not everything was made for my body type. To each his own.

i wear them a lot. very victorian style for me. and get compliments all the time. I think the look better on certain bodies but beside that... i love them
