I am 5'10, 137 ibs, which is on the thinner side of the BMI scale. I struggle with mu body image because I feel too skinny to be womanly. Bigger women are so beautiful to me, because they have large breasts, full hips and thighs, and tummy, but all women get a tummy eventually especially after childbirth, so if she's already full figured, a man won't see a drastic change in her figure as she ages and has babies.

I feel disgusting being so petite, and just feel like a boy when I dress up. I have C cups and a little butt, but narrow hips and thin thighs 😞

Please understand that your feelings are neighter true nor your fault. Its the society that convinces you that your body is wrong. Im a sort of a fuller girl and most of my life in the society standard stick-figure women were the only ones that were ever called beautiful by anyone. Now society took a turn and were praising fuller figures and then again people who are not like a current trend feel bad but you shouldn't. My tights are just average but couple of years ago I saw them as fat, now with whats popular I see them as skinny. So I realised my beauty is not in whats a dumb and unrealistic trend, but in my primal femininity, and in my happy spirit and I advise you to try to see the endless beauty in yourself!

I'm also your height but around 20lbs weigh more. Trying to get down to 145lbs but with muscle. You're not too skinny at all by the way. You're still within a healthy bmi range and I'd say you're more on the slim side with that weight. It's probably because of the height that you feel you look thinner than you really are.
Think about all the perks. A more toned, lean and long look, nice looking arms and legs, being able to pull off a lot of outfits that curvier women can't, flatter looking stomach, perky booty and boobs etc. There are a lot of good things to each type of body. Try and be comfortable in your own skin and look at all the positives being skinny gives you

For me, it comes down to frame. I love beautiful long bones and long phalanges. I find that I am only sexually compatible with long framed, taller thin women—narrower hips means taller pelvis, which is a good thing for me. I am not much of a boob guy; however, due to this but if they are bigger, there and I am into her, then I learn to love em. I am not compatible with thick stout women. Every attempted relationship with one was impossible long term. There are those out there that only seek the taller thinner woman; me for one. by the way 5’10” is nice! I am not hitting here by the way (taken), just my opinion.

In long term you won't have problem of becoming over weight due to pregnancy and also avoid many other problems.

Skinny people can easily train themselves to be flexible.
They can be active usually at all times.

You’ll probably put on some weight as you age. Some people are thin because of medical conditions so it’s always best to get a check up. When I was young being super thin bothered me but now I realize it was a blessing because even though I’ve gained weight with age I’m still at a good weight.

The only thing I find attractive about skinny women is their flat stomachs (but some don't even have that). I much prefer the full-figured women with wide hips, big butts, and full breasts. Slap a flat stomach and narrow waist on them and they are goals. But hey, some guys like ruler-shaped women.

Just keep in mind. We boob guys don’t necessarily like only gigantic boobs. We like the small ones too. Skinny is definitely attractive and 5’10” is a great height. I personally like tall girls because I am tall too. I don’t think you have anything to worry about. You would be surprised how many guys would find your figure attractive. I would personally never dump someone because they have too skinny legs or too small of a butt.

I think that you should just work with what you have. Find clothes that you think suit your personality, and you'll find someone in no time. If you really want to, you can start doing cardio to get bigger thighs and butt, but don't get surgery because it is super unattractive.
