If my daughter wanted to wear this i would say "ONLY IF YOU WEAR SHORTS OR LEGGINGS OF SOME SORT. You don't want to bend over and people see your ass right? Cause if you wear that and have to bend over to pick something up everyone is gonna see your underwear and I'm pretty sure you dont want that. Please just put something under so people dont see things they shouldn't? Including me i dont think you wanna pick something up in front of me and me see your underwear. Thats uncomfortable for both of us." Or something along those lines, I wouldn't want to restrain my daughter from doing what she wants but there are things that are a bit inappropriate for 13, because it is dangerous to look 18 when you are 13, people take advantage of things they see and like. You can be whatever term you wanna be, be it cute, pretty, sexy, gorgeous it doesn't matter, but you can do it while being smart. Coming from a FTM that has seen moms let their 12 year olds wear really small bikinis and that is not ok, I think you shouldn't wear that till 15-16. The 2 pieces that cover stomachs are fine till then but small bikinis that only cover the bare minimums? Not appropriate for that age at all! Be pretty but be smart as well!

Is it too short? Think about when you sit, and how long you might be sitting. Is it so short that you have to put a hand between your legs, 'casually' because you are unsure that someone might see what kind of panties you are wearing?
Be SENSIBLE, and think about things! Where are you going? Will you be sitting, and how comfortable are you, with what you wear under that, if someone happens to see?
It's just ridiculous when women want so much to look cute, and hot, and sexy, but are SUPER uncomfortable, and afraid they might be showing something that will surely get on Instagram, and Facebook, if one of your 'haters' catches it!!

It's a great looking skirt. But, as many have said, what will you be doing when you're wearing it. If you're simply walking around, showing off your legs, it's fine. If you have to sit down or bend over or get into and out of a car in it, it's a disaster, UNLESS you're wearing underneath shorts. With those, all problems are solved. If a skirt hits you mid thigh or a few inches above the knee, it's safe for most activities. HIGH thigh skirts are only safe for strolling. If I were your mom and I saw you in that, I'd do the "check." Bend over, get in and out of a car. If you can't pass those tests without showing underwear, you're can't leave the house in it.

It is a very cute skirt. Very lovely. I would not let my thirteen-year-old daughter wear that. It is very short and if you were to bend over or do anything in that skirt you would be at risk of showing your lady parts. I understand there's a lot of pressure for young girls to dress in a way that is much more mature physically then what they are but try to remember that you are still a child. You can still achieve very good fashion without having to show so much skin. I'm sure you are very beautiful and would look amazing in that but please consider dressing age appropriately.

I started really wearing dresses at 12 so a year younger and I loved to wear a skirt or dress then and liked it a little short then too... nothing really wrong with showing leg... that's what this is about... it's cute the skirt.

personally i would say wear what you want to, just be mindful of what it looks like on you and if or not you feel comfortable and confident in wearing it... also be aware some people may have opinions which can be hurtful... ignore those negatives and choose what makes you happy

for me personally, i think it might be a little short just because of my preferences. But in all honesty, I see no problem with it at all. It’s a very nice skirt and i don’t think it’s too revealing at all. If you like the skirt, go for it, i would just say wear shorts underneath if you’re nervous. if you still feel uncomfortable, you can wear tights with it if it makes you feel better. I see no problem with the skirt, it’s super cute! if you don’t feel comfortable with it though, i would say maybe take a little more time to think about it. In my experience, the only real factor in what is “too revealing” is what you think is too revealing. If you’re confident and comfortable wearing it, that’s the only real go-to you need.

As long as you stand in one position, the length would be fine.
However, the cut and the pleating of the skirt could be problematic
if you are active to any degree while wearing it or sitting in most situations.
Anyway, you and your peers are 13-14 years old.
Keep you innocence a little longer and get a longer skirt, or even some slacks!

Why won't you wear full clothes, why won't you protect your body from dust, pollution and many other things when you expose it. Dont you feel it's your duty to protect your body from lotion etc which you need after the day is over. Why would you need spend so much on makeup instead of protecting it from hazardous things in the air. Are you feeling low when you are showing anybody part exposed.
