You getting hip augmentation is like saving up and then spending a shitload of money to buy a 2015 car.

The plastic surgeons know this too so they want to get as many of these surgeries in as they can before the fad ends completely. They don't worry too much though because they'll just make a shitload of money from the next fad - and part of that will be the women who had hip augmentation who then will want it undone so they can live up to the next fad.

It's possible for that to be from working out. Because the butt is a muscle, so it can change shape based on exercise. My guess is that she did not have work done, and enhanced her body the natural way.
