Its going to scare people away, but if you are going to do it pick A. Its the least associated with radicals.

I personally like "B" as far as shade, followed by A. However, your own hair might affect how the shade comes out, as well as style.

As far as "sexier" - it's not so much the hair as the woman behind it. I HAVE had crushes on women with pink hair... and also NOT been interested in other women with pink hair. Same with blue. or green... or more natural color.

The first one. A general rule with unnatural hair colors is that the less saturated (less intense) the color is, the better it will look.
