No. Skin color is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, as most things are, but it is slightly more relevant than eye color. Skin color, besides being more immediately identifiable, is a more clear sign of genetic background. And there are minor differences between races, as much as we all like to pretend otherwise. That isn't a bad thing, nor does it mean that one race is inferior to another. It just means that they're different, and in some cases, those differences matter. Who is better suited to outdoor jobs? The ginger with the pale skin or the black guy? Who is going to excel more at sports? When it comes to mental ability, instead of physical, skin color is less relevant than culture and personal upbringing. Eye color, on the other hand, has no value at all, that I'm aware of, outside of aesthetics.
