Spending most of my life in the company of fellow gymnasts, swimmers, track and field competitors, and soldiers, and a Mixed Martial Arts veteran I shared my bed with, I have become accustomed too openly admiring broad, muscular, well defined female shoulders, and back musculature without guilt or discomfort too myself or the person being admired. As long as shoulder and bare back showoff' s are universally open too such male and female attention (unlike bare bossom showoff s who may or may not be looking for trouble making opportunities) in admiring them, than I am openly and enthusiastically in support of such fashion trends.

How s woman dress in public say much about her and of her character, it at least gives a man the info on how to approach her a scantily dressed to much make up on gives the impression she's easy to get or only out for a good nighta good time thank you get lost, a well conservative dressed woman is one to approach with respect dignity politely because she most likely is one of intelligence not fall for your bull shit lines and see through your immaturity right off and will politely excuse you and herself and be gone before you say duh hello

Yes, shoulders are the second most attractive part for a clothed woman to show, after the belly.
I think it looks like she is about to undress, or it gives a naked look when you look at her face, I don't know.
Thick clothes with exposed shoulders or belly are really the best. My wife and I had a discussion about why women do this. It's about showing themselves off without be overtly sexual. Depends on the circumstances. I'm a pretty lax professor, so I'll let my students get away with most things clothing wise, so long as they participate well in class.

I would rather see a nicely tailored piece that has totally uncovered shoulders rather than those crappy tops they are making now (there are good ones hiding somewhere, I guess) that just have those little holes on each shoulder and look like they were just ripped open along with their pre-ripped jeans.

Personally, I do not enjoy wearing such tops, they make me feel uncomfortable and they make me feel that my body is too revealed to others and that makes me nervous.

I find it very sensual... the shoulders accentuate the femininity of women, perhaps because they are exposed, women feel unprotected and at the same time provocative.
