Are the cat eyes on girls made with makeup or do some girls grow with cat shaped eyes?

it depends , but when it is makeup you can tell in real life that its not the natural eyeshape however some people were born with it and others put black eyeshadow on the corner of their eyes and they put their eyelashes more tilted so it can give off the illusion of a cat eye , and it fools a lot of men but i guess you can just see if she does when she takes off her makeup

not even that rare its like 65 percent girls have almond shaped and 35 have upturned eyes, but if your really into that you should date either an Asian , black , or native cause most of then have upturned eyes

most likely , i’m not saying that if a girls white she's not gonna have upturned eyes but its pretty rare for that a lot of them get surgery to make their eyes upturned too (mostly models) but yea lmao

Sometimes, it's drawn but some girls can also have naturally upturned eyes. Also, some girls might get plastic surgery to achieve this look, like Bella Hadid did..
Personally I don't get the fuss about upturned eyes. It looks too strict. I think neutral shaped or slightly downturned eyes, are cuter
