I think  The Netherlands and Sweden  has the most beautiful people on Earth. Most of them are genetically perfect (and I DON'T mean by race!).  Brazil, Columbia, and Venezuela  also has some beautiful women too. Yet ironically, their men are all ugly hairy and hideous looking (I'm straight; just saying they have a lot of really ugly skinny men there).  I think  Eastern Europe and Russia  has some very beautiful women, and many girls have said Russian men are very masculine and attractive, too. The problem is, they're usually poor, so it's a bit harder to notice. But I think places like the  Czech Republic, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Croatia, Poland and Ukraine  produce some naturally  gorgeous  women... Assuming they're young, and not like, over 35, cause those same women age like milk. I think  India  has the biggest extremes in people. Some of the most attractive looking women in the world (maybe men too; I couldn't tell you), but also some of the ugliest people too. It probably has to do with how much money they have; the rich or famous Indians look immaculate and the poor ones look like... Well, go to the bottom of my list to see. I think  Japan and South Korea  are the most average looking, even their "attractive" and famous ones. But China and Thailand has far less attractive looking people, and I think wealth plays a factor here as those countries are a lot poorer. I think some of the least attractive looking Westerners come from  the US and England , but we can blame modern feminism and progressive movements, like "fat acceptance" for that.  Canada  is our slightly better looking counterpart. And  Australia , for some reason, gets off the hook for attractiveness and they're most attractive looking English-speakers. It's hard to judge most of  Africa  because most of Africa are very very poor. Even South Africa residents. Lastly, I think the  Middle East  has the LEAST attractive looking people in the world. Both women and men. This is excluding Dubai, of course, but including Egypt. Not to offend, but they all look like they never bathe or shower whatsoever. They're all also really hairy and I find excessive body hair to be a huge turn off. What the average Dutch woman looks like.

I would say Dubai.  Plus it has some of the top hitters from all the worlds countries, living there.
