Numerically, it's almost certainly the US both in terms of raw population and diversity of options/something for everyone.

Proportionately... Probably somewhere underdeveloped with greater emphasis on natural genes, such as Eastern Europe or parts of South America. You won't find any country on Earth in which the significant majority (or a majority at all for that matter) are exceptionally attractive.

I don't know but I do know it is not New York City. I went to Yankee Stadium once and usually at sporting events like that there are always nice looking girls in the stands. I really noticed that in NYC they were not an attractive group as a whole.
