It's fine.
My fiancée has a similar hairstyle, they were longer and reached the shoulders but she got them trimmed for work reasons and now keeps them like that.

Long hair are beautiful, but shorter hair have their fashion too and are much easier to maintain.
by the way she didn't like me having the buzzcut I had in that pic, so now I keep longer hair. Still short, but not buzzed.

some girls can rock shorter hair. but many are better off keeping it at a medium or large length if they want to keep a more feminine look. I tend to prefer when a girl has natural hair between should and waist length.
