She probably eats very well and drinks lots of water and moisturizes properly. That’s why I’m starting early lol and I’m only 19.

One word: Melanin. While genetics and how you treat your body are important factors as well, for people of color, the amount of melanin we produce reduces our skin from wrinkling or aging as quickly as other ethnicities-

A specific type of melanin called eumelanin creates a dark skin tone; the more eumelanin your body produces, the darker your skin will be. "That's what makes black skin age so well... We have a natural protection... the type of collagen black skin produces is less prone to the sun damage. This might be one of the reasons why signs of aging, like wrinkles, are delayed in darker skin..." As cliche as it sound, black does not crack. At least as quickly as other skin types. I still get mistaken for a 20 year old even though I'm in my 30s! :)
She looks young and gorgeous because she is in Hollywood, and Hollywood pays you big money to look young and gorgeous. Anyone could look amazing with Hollywood-level plastic surgery and makeup. You can't compare a Hollywood actor/actress to the average person. It's not a fair comparison at all. There are lots of Hollywood actors/actresses over 50 who still look very good. Jennifer Aniston, Marisa Tomei, Salma Hayek, Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, just to name a few. Your average 50 year old is not going to look anywhere near as good as they do.

Well! She is gorgeous, a reminder!!! She is a celebrity, that means she has money, a lots of it and she can get all the skin care she wants/needs all the relaxing vacations, she can be stressed when she works but at the same time she is taking care of her self with all the money she has and that what people should do too, no need for riches to self care, see a psychologist, take care of your mental health, diet, skin care and VIOLA
Well she did have a nose jobs so her nose is plastic surgery, As far as body that’s life style you have to work out a lot in order to maintain that body so she works hard for it the rest of her face (besides her nose). If genetics so a mix of life style a little plastic surgery and life style, also according to life and style magazine I guess she uses laser treatments to move the Gaines closer to the surface she spend a lot on her body about 120,000 dollar a year so yea it’s a good mix
For sure her lifestyle... she does a lot of MMA... and exercises like crazy.. like 2-3 hours a day.. and she she is in the same club as Jennifer Lopez above 50 looking amazing.. she might do some work... but nothing major like plastic... I've been following her since she was in Boomerang the movie... she's gorgeous
Well, as a member of her fan club, you do not want to put yourself through what she puts herself through. I just thought this was awesome when she trained for "John Wick 3".
She has plastic surgery, lazer treatment, my mom is over 50 she did not get any of that and she has kept up with her skin really good. Still she doesn’t look this good. If you want to look good when your old you need to pay lots of money to make you look healthy and more younger.

Do you believe that it's impossible do look this good by a healthy life style and good genes alone?
Combination of all of that and enough money to buy any chemical that would help and probably a little plastic surgeon here and there plus she's got a training person along with any other thing that might help you stay looking young... But I'm sure genetics enters into the picture... lifestyle I think definitely helps

I’d say money Because that buys her Personal trainers Nutritional meals from a personal chief Money for the best hair, make up, nails, clothes...
And fame Which means the photos are extremely fixed up to make her look better
The ability to take care of herself and of course there is already a question in her case, not only in her desire, if she wants to be in demand further, she has no choice)))
She has a whole team of people dedicated to make her look this way. Surgery, facials/treatments, dietician, gym instructor, photographer, hair and makeup team, photo editor, all that.

Are you sure about surgery? What if she actually never had it.
Ordinary people who are NOT in the spotlight get surgery, so why shouldn’t a HOLLYWOOD actress, who’s constantly in the lime light AND has the money? My mum gets botox and other things done and she’s not a Hollywood superstar.
I think it's both, too. People who don't take care of themselves don't age gracefully. I don't know if she ever used surgery to look younger, but money doesn't necessarily makes you look good, as there a ton of rich celebrities who look like s***
It is most likely a combination of genetics lifestyle and plastic surgery. As for the pics all over you have heard of photoshop. Most pictures in magazines & on line are heavily photo shopped.
It’s both. Partly luck and partly lifestyle. She has time to stay fit, and money to hire a trainer if she wants. Avoiding tobacco, the sun, and keeping a healthy weight will let mast people look good into their fifties.
