- Every one of the "classic" beauties were all 100 times hotter than today's "hot". In fact the average woman from 1980s and earlier was hotter than today's celebrity "hot". I'm talking about boy and face here.
That said, I think facial beauty is largely an illusion created by mass media (movies/advertising/tv/streaming/internet). In 1900 just about every woman was considered to have a good enough face even if by today's standard she looked like a horse. They all had great bodies tho because their lifestyle and lack of processed food determined it.2|11|0Is this still revelant?That's actually true. My parents never got sick growing up because they never ate processed food, at least until they came to America and grew up to an older age.
- All of these were beautiful but that (to me) doesn't make them attractive.
Sophia Loren, now she was (and still is at 80+) gorgeous but she was also talented and had a bit more culture. I don't know who Elizabeth Scott was but the others got to Hollywood just looking beautiful but didn't have much to offer. The got sucked in to the Hollywood scene, chewed up and spit out. Ms. Loren didn't fall for that.
Her dancing, especially flamenco was impressive. Nothing against any one of them but Sophia Loren was a classy beautiful talented woman.1|00|0Is this still revelant?

@hi_it_is_me123 don't know about now but it was the done thing for men with authority to sleep with, sexually harrass and bribe women. There was a whole scandal with modelling agencies using girls as young as 14 as high class prostitutes for wealthy men and girls as young as 14 having to sleep with photographers, directors, producers etc to get photoshoots or parts or record deals often pushed for by their parents. Think Harvey Weinstein.
I mean how many times did Gwenth Paltrow and Jennifer Lawrence have to let Harvey Weinstein screw them for movie parts? Even actresses that currently have good careers that say he was abusive or sleazy towards them dont want to come out and say that they had to sleep with Weinstein to further their careers. there's talk of Megan Fox having to "audition" fof Micheal Bay aged 15 for transformers.
Anyway Marlyn herself did say she spent a lot of her career auditioning on her knees.Omg this is soo sad and i know the case about harvey Weinstein. Before it was 100% proven, everyone blamed the actresses for sleeping around or the victims.
@hi_it_is_me123 the Harvey Weinstein thing i don't think is black and white. I certainly think there were many actresses who deliberately slept with Weinstein even propositioned Weinstein to get movie roles but then others that were victims but also many women on Weinstein's staff. Some were definitely prostituting themselves out and I'm also sure that many that came forward were jumping on the bandwagon.
I agree but it should not be allowed that employer except you to have sex with them. What would happen if all employers did that? I am crtizising the conditions

Still hard to see who is genuine, who is omitting certain details of how far things went and who is jumping on the band wagon for PR purposes. Cara Delivinge I believe is jumping on the bandwagon while Salma Hyeak is omitting certain details about how far Weinstein went, Asia Argento I believe is lying.Thank you. Wait what cara delivingne's family is rich as fuck and her grandparents were/are royals. Why would she need weinstein help when her family is probably richer than him and could help her. Oh maybe she needs to have sex so she can be in Weinstein's films? Man she still could do better and would not need Weinstein for her acting career.
