the first and the third are the best and the last two don't look middle eastern to me, that's also how I would rank them. because the last two look very American, they are not beautiful, they just aren't middle Easter or good looking as 1 or 3.

#3 is very pretty (gorgeous). #1 has more makeup, but looks pretty as well. The last woman looks Russian, is she Uzbek. I like black hair and #3 has beautiful hair and features.
