Well, I had pretty much always thought female nail techs, especially for pedicures. But one time, I had a guy do my pedicure. I thought it would be awkward, and it was a little, but he was so much gentler than the female nail techs. He was very careful not to hurt me or cut me. Not sure if this is the same for all male nail techs because that was my one experience with a dude doing my nails.
