What can I use on an irritated nose piercing?

Sounds infected. Is it silver? Could be an allergic reaction, or it could be something got inside it and its a cis (I knew some one who had this problem with an ear piercing, don't know the specifics or if its possible for nose piercings).
It is silver but I never had a problem with silver jewelry
I would honestly remove it, treat it and let it heal and then try again then. It could be a minor infection, could be a small cyst (during the piercing or putting it in their may have been a small fragment of dirt or something that is causing it to react that way), but either way I think its better to let it heal back up, if the bump is still their see a dermatolagist about it, and then just try again.
First, a dab of hydrosporine until the piercing heals and second, stop jabbing metal, bones, or plastic through your skin for decoration: you are not carrying a spear in the jungle.
How new is the piercing first of all.
Second you need to be doing warm salt water soaks twice a day, don’t touch it, don’t try to twist it. Nose piercings usually tend to get bumps like they unfortunately
I got it pierced at the middle of August
I do twist it and rotate it a lot trying to clean the crusties off
Don’t twist and rotate at all until it’s healed! You’re irritating it more and it’ll make the irritation bump keep coming back. Warm sea salt soaks twice a day and it’ll go down. I just dealt with it when I got my double nostrils pierced
I’m trying my best to not move it but there’s so much dried blood around it and it bothers me lol but thanks for the advice
Yea when there’s dried blood grab a q tip and soak in the warm salt water and clean it off instead of twisting with your hands (:
A topical antibiotic might work. Try it. If you don't see an improvement in two days, go to a dermatologist and get it looked at.
