Healthy is attractive. Healthy comes in many sizes. Unhealthy is unattractive. Unhealthy also comes in many sizes, sometimes in similar sizes.

Generally I prefer a woman who is muscular and has low bodyfat. So basically, just skinny enough to see the outlines of her abs, and has enough muscle to give her body a nice hourglass shape.
