How to deal with big saggy breasts?

I've been like this since I remember my self. Now I'm 20 it only looks "good" when I'm wearing a good bra or push up. Other than that I feel ugly and weird. I know I'm not the only one with this condition though.

Try exercises for your chest and upper body. Eat fruits, veggies, and nuts and stuff that’s scientifically proven to help with your chest. Learn to love yourself :) but, if you’re insecure and want change you can always get a breast lift. At the end of the day it’s your life and you do what makes you happy :)

Embrace it or keep wearing good bras. Chest exercises like the ones men do will also help strngthen your breast muscles and lift up your boobs. I am a DDD wearer and the, you can't stop gravity but you can slow it down or force your way through it.

So as a guy who likes breasts saggy breasts are actually nice looking in their own way but of ypu dont like it the options i would say you have to fix it is working out the chest area or getting breast reduction surgery

Well i guess i can answer this.
Do the following :
Workout and yoga
Do push ups
Do pull ups.
Above two helps
Wear full cups and sports bras
Try to lose weight and your bubs will lose fats too.

A reduction surgery. I had one and it changed my life. There is no fix besides surgery unfortunately
