My sagging breasts?

You know what, I did write this post in anonymous but fuck it. 
People shouldn't be embarrassed.. 

My boobs sit low ! 
I have DDs, and although I know the majority of girls have somewhat sagging to their boobs.. I think I have an extreme case!
I mean shove me in any bra and I'm good to go haha, and yes I know if I lost weight they'd sit abit more high (I am in the weight loosing process so hush about that)

I mean I can make them look not saggy if I push them together or whatever, but it sucks feeling self conscious of your boobs!

Roll on boob job! 

- what exercises firms/tones boobs?
- men does it REALLY bother you if a woman has somewhat saggy boobs?

I saw this earlier and did not comment. Figured yo would want the opinions of men closer to your age. Still believe that but I can add a little.
You are concerned with keeping your breast size to the point that you will not reduce your weight because you worry about losing boob size. Honestly, at that size you can loose some boob size and it will not make you any less appealing to the guys that like the big boobs. It can cause them to point more down if you do lose. But not going there because you said that is not an option.
You said in another post that you are like the third example in that picture, and a little toward the fourth. That is definitely more sag than just loss of perkiness. I mean the nipple is pointing more downward. That is less appealing. Nothing you can do about it as far as I know. Some exercises may bring the whole breast up a bit, but I think you will still have that downward pointing. I had a girlfriend like that once. It was something that bothered me. I know it is normal for some, but it did not fit what I was comfortable with. But there are many guys who are fine with that.
You said that you can make them appear better by wearing bras that push them together or up or whatever.. Of course. Bras can make a world of difference in appearance. But when you get with a guy and the bra come off, you, and he, have to accept what you have.
I am saying this because you asked if it bothers a guy if a woman has saggy boobs. I would deal better if they sagged but the nipple still pointed forward, but the down does bother me. Could I live with it? Sure, especially being older and knowing more about the reality of boobs. I have been following you and like you, so given your personality and looks together in a package, you are appealing to me, so therefor I assume a lot of guys your age would also go for you. I HATE the idea of surgery to change looks, but that would be the only way to bring the nipples up, if you really desire that.

Boobs = Mammary glands + Fat You can make it... excuse my language...  "Perkier" by strengthening the pectoral muscles behind your breasts but you can't stop it from "sagging"

The bigger the breast is the more it will sag. It's a muscle and hey, just more boob for that muscle to lift!

You can lift them by doing chest exercises like press ups. It's not a magic fix, it won't happen overnight and it won't make them as perky as your friend's B cup wonders. But doing press ups will help that muscle build.
Doing girly ones is fine - knees on the floor, straight back, arms shoulder width and press ups. It's hard but you'll get there :)

Don't worry. I used to have DDs. I'm about a G now.

There's really not much of an excerise for boobs, and I definitely understand this problem. I'm an F😱 although none of the men I ever got intimate with complained, for the most part they expect it since they're real. The bigger either the better or the saggiest 😂

Sadly no exercise firms or tones boobs and weight loss doesn't lift then. They still sag but are smaller and if a great deal of weight loss will be deflated a bit too. Thats why people have boob lifts or reductions. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I wonder too.. I was a D. Then lost a lot of weight. Now more of a saggy B. I've heard chest exercises can help. Also staying hydrated, keeping your skin moisturized and happy helps loose skin

Boobs = Fat so you have to loose some weight I guess! Try some exercises, you can find many in youtube! Most men I know are bothered by saggy breasts, but there are many who don't give a fuck!

you can't do spot fat removal. Fat comes off where it likes, and you don't really have much control over it. So doing cardio by running on a treadmill will remove the fat from that area, along with some other areas first. Personally, I've never found myself rejecting a girl because of her saggy boobs.

I am a DD, also. The heaviness and gravity will give you a little droop. I do shoulder presses, pushups, and crossovers. It strengthens the muscles and pulls them up.

loosing weight will actually make them sag more.  maybe try a vitamic c cream to minimize it as you lose? it helps tighten skin. using an oil based lotion will help a little too.
