Absolutely not, I know many women, famous or otherwise that are at least ten times as beautiful in my opinion. There are scientific ways of determining beauty that are not subject to anyone's opinion, and she does not align with those standards. According to the internet (which is not to be completely trusted) she is not even one of the top ten beautiful women, I do not have any information regarding who decides this, but a quick Google search, having keyed in: "Who is the world's most beautiful woman" showed many women, but Ms. Jenner was not among them.

Upon further research I see that Kylie has paid for many plastic surgeries, mainly in regards to her face, and most likely on other parts of her body. If you have to pay for beauty, you are not beautiful; you are fake.

Final thoughts: Kylie Jenner is not even the most beautiful woman in her own family. Kendall Jenner is the most beautiful woman in the public portion of her family; in my personal opinion she is the most beautiful, her face is very symmetrical, causing her to line up with the scientific standards of beauty; Kendall has had minimal plastic surgery, but she was naturally beautiful prior to having cosmetic operations, unlike her sister Kylie.

In short: Kendall > Kylie

No, not at all. Even after all her enhancements, she just okay. Stand her between Naomie Harris and Salma Hayek and watch her disappear. And Salma is probably old enough to be her mother.

Difficult to say, can we say that a woman is the most beautiful in the world? I don't think so, I know we live in an era where loving each called things "the most beautiful in the world" "greatest champions in history" etc but I don't think that really makes sense, but it is obvious that she is a very pretty woman

Beauty standards around the world are different. Based off the western version of beauty standards, she is attractive. To be the most beautiful woman in the world needs a lot more data, definitions and analysis.

Strictly by looks: she is beautiful. The genetics and the surgeons have served her well.
But beauty is more than just looks and I don't think she's that great of a person. She was raised in an awful family. So she had a disadvantage in that department from the start.
